You will conduct thorough research, draft briefs and motions, manage complex cases from inception to resolution, build client relationships, and collaborate on case strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with class action defense, incl. securities, data privacy or consumer litigation.
• Experience managing multi-matter dockets.
• Federal clerkship preferred.
• Strong persuasive legal writing skills.
• Experience in large-scale discovery.
