Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and bar passage required.
- Active state bar association member required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong public speaking skills and ability to represent clients in court.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to serve clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Prepare for and attend legal proceedings
- Provide legal counsel with senior associates
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records
