The candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation (fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, experts, motions, pretrial, trial, settlement, etc.) and developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of discovery, preparing witnesses for deposition, drafting complaints, answers, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, managing filing and service of pleadings, etc. Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and exercise strong professional judgement is essential. Just as important, the candidate should have strong organizational and matter management skills and must be committed to developing and growing their practice and career, network, and expertise in a fast-paced and exciting group that provides the highest level of client service.

Candidate is required to have a bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctor degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school and be a member of the New York State Bar in good standing. All inquiries will be held in strict confidence.

The expected salary range for this position is $260k - $310k. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographic location.
