Job summary

AXS is seeking an Associate Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support the US Lifecycle Marketing team by helping produce, coordinate, and QA email and push campaigns. You will build campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, track requests, and ensure timely execution while supporting reporting and documentation.

You will gain hands-on experience in marketing automation and lifecycle marketing operations with opportunities to advance to a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist role as you grow.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, MIS, CS or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years' experience in digital marketing, email/push/SMS marketing, CRM marketing or marketing operations.
  • Experience assisting with campaign execution in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Experience coordinating marketing projects or campaign workflows across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience performing campaign QA, link validation or marketing production tasks.

The Role

The Associate Lifecycle Marketing Specialist supports the US Lifecycle Marketing team by assisting with the production, coordination, and quality assurance of email and push marketing campaigns. Working closely with Lifecycle Marketing Specialists, this role helps manage campaign workflows, build and validate campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ensure timely, accurate execution. The Associate Specialist also supports campaign reporting, documentation, and operational processes that drive ticket sales, fan engagement, and subscriber growth. This role provides hands‑on experience in marketing automation and lifecycle marketing operations with opportunities to grow into a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist position.

What Will You Do?

  • Build, configure, and schedule lifecycle and ad hoc email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage inbound campaign requests, track work through the campaign intake process, and ensure requests are complete and accurately documented.
  • Execute campaign quality assurance (QA), including link validation, personalization verification, audience targeting, content accuracy, and email rendering across devices and email clients.
  • Maintain the lifecycle marketing campaign calendar and coordinate deployment schedules with regional Lifecycle Marketing Specialists to support timely campaign execution.
  • Prepare standard campaign reports and dashboards and assist regional Lifecycle Marketing Specialists in compiling and distributing campaign performance metrics.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, process guides, and operational procedures to support consistent execution and continuous process improvement.

What Will You Bring?

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, email/push/SMS marketing, CRM marketing or marketing operations.
  • Experience assisting with campaign execution in a marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing cloud, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience coordinating marketing projects or campaign workflows across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience performing campaign QA, link validation or marketing production tasks preferred.
  • Experience preparing marketing reports or compiling campaign performance metrics preferred.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced marketing environments such as entertainment, ticketing, ecommerce or consumer marketplaces preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to execute campaign QA processes including link validation, personalization checks and rendering tests.
  • Strong organization and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign requests and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, creative, marketing operations and regional marketing teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Scale: $24.46-$30.00/hr
