Job summary

Diversified is seeking a remote-based Associate Legal Counsel to provide accurate and timely counsel to sales and operations teams in the Greater Chicago Area. You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, advise on IP, data protection, privacy and regulatory compliance, and help improve internal processes.
