Qualifications

• MD or DO with a current medical license & board certification in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology or equivalent qualifications
• MD, DO or DPM with a current medical license and lab training/experience including 1 year high complexity testing
• Doctoral degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical lab sciences with board certification or equivalent
• Doctoral degree plus 1 year training in labs
• Experience leading teams, projects, or committees with demonstrated leadership

Responsibilities

• Support the clinical laboratory director to ensure effective functioning of all tests
• Define and ensure test performance characteristics meet regulatory and medical standards
• Ensure testing systems meet or exceed performance requirements across pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic phases
• Collaborate with R&D, product and software teams to define performance requirements and validation plans
• Collaborate with quality to implement QA/QC programs and incident investigations
• Assist with cross-functional product launches, SOP development, and training
• Uphold company mission and values; ensure attendance and inclusion in the workplace
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
