Job summary

Link Snacks, based in Minnesota, seeks an Associate IT Business Analyst to partner with business owners, identify system opportunities, and support applications. You will work with business and technical teams across multiple technologies and act as an emerging SME in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include strong stakeholder relationships, supporting SAP, Salesforce, and PowerBI deployments, and assisting with AI projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SAP modules, Salesforce, PowerBI or related applications.
• 1+ years of Business Application experience.
• 1+ years of implementing and supporting business systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with all levels.
• Knowledge of key business processes and applications.
• Cross-functional SAP experience.
• Proficient in project management principles.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure AI Tools.
• Able to document and scope projects.
• Able to communicate technical info to non-technical staff.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong business partner relationships with Sales & Customer Finance.
• Understand new business requirements with IT BRM Sales and provide recommendations.
• Provide functional support for Sales-related SAP, Salesforce, and other implementations.
• Scope and plan Sales-related IT projects to improve processes.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget per SOW.
• Define functional and technical specifications as needed.
• Support AI projects; assist training and model adjustments.
• Configure sales-related technologies (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
• Create and execute testing scenarios in the business area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Associate IT Business Analyst will partner with business owners to identify business system opportunities and support existing applications. Opportunity to work and collaborate with business and technical teams on multiple technologies. Candidates are recognized as emerging subject matter experts. They must be comfortable in a high-paced, team environment with the ability to manage relationships effectively with all levels inside and outside of the organization and make challenging decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish strong business partner relationships with Sales & Customer Finance functional areas.
• Work with IT BRM Sales to understand new business requirements and provide recommendations.
• Provide functional support related to Sales related technology (SAP, Salesforce, others) implementations, projects, enhancements, and day-to-day support.
• Begin to scope and plan Sales related IT projects that improve business processes.
• Deliver projects within budget and on time within the specified scope defined by the Statement of Work.
• Define functional and technical specifications as required.
• Support sales-related AI projects, including training and adjusting AI models.
• Perform system configuration in sales-related technologies (SAP, Salesforce, others).
• Create and complete testing scenarios in specified business area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP modules, Salesforce, PowerBI and/or other applications that are relevant to your business area.
• 1+ years of Business Application experience.
• 1+ years of experience implementing and supporting business systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and team members.
• Working knowledge of key business processes and the applications deployed to enable these processes.
• Cross functional experience with other SAP business areas.
• Proficient with Project Management principles.
• Understands current and emerging IT technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Tools.
• Skillful in testing and documentation using accepted methodologies.
• Capable of providing inputs to scope, plan, and estimate projects.
• Expert in defining detailed business requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Ability to ravel required 10%.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 1 + years experience with SAP modules, Salesforce, PowerBI and/or other applications that are relevant to your business area preferred.

Additional Information

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
