The Secondary Advisory team focuses on advising institutional investors on liquidity solutions across the private capital universe. This Associate role works on LP‑led secondary market transactions, including single‑fund and multi‑fund LP portfolio sales, structured and preferred equity solutions, deferred and staggered closing structures, NAV‑based financings, and other portfolio‑management solutions.
