Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field is preferred.
• FINRA Investment Advisor Representative license (Series 65 or 66) preferred.
• CFP designation or actively pursuing certification is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, organization, and collaborative teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, trusted relationships with current clients and their families.
• Support the team in delivering exceptional client service—acting at all times with responsiveness, confidentiality, and prudence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement the firm's passive investment philosophy on behalf of clients.
• Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing relationship management.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and educational materials.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies
