Job summary

Fresh Consulting is seeking an Associate - Inventory I - A to support fulfillment center operations in Orlando. The role is onsite with a shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, for a 3-month contract with potential extension.

You will handle receiving, cycle counts, picking, packing, shipping, and data entry in inventory systems, operate forklifts if certified, and lift up to 50 lbs while following safety PPE standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fulfillment center or warehouse operations.
• Experience with receiving, cycle counts, picking, packing, shipping, and data entry in inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks) or willingness to train; prior certification preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and adhere to strict safety/PPE standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize fulfillment center operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform receiving, cycle counts, picking, packing, and shipping; input data into inventory systems.
• Operate or be trained to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain safety and PPE standards; lift up to 50 lbs as required.

• Location: Orlando, FL 32832 (Onsite)
• Shift: Shift A: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Duration: 3 months contract possibility for extension
• Pay Rate: Up to $38.40/hr (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fulfillment center or warehouse operations (aerospace/automotive preferred).
• Experience with receiving, cycle counts, picking, packing, shipping, and data entry in inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks) or willingness to train; prior certification preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and adhere to strict safety/PPE standards.
