What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Utilize proprietary technology to identify and analyze information collected from the Internet based on client-specific criteria
• Assist in customer care and production aspects, supporting recurring deliverables and touchpoints
• Generate intelligence reports, trend analyses, and strategic assessments for clients
• Collaborate with Collection Management to enhance information collection processes
• Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in intelligence operations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in open source intelligence (OSINT) and social media research or investigations
• Strong written and oral communication skills, comfortable with providing briefings and presentations
• Experience producing analytical reports using BLUF or similar models
• Proficient in Google Suite and at least one online investigative tool
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Public or private sector experience as an analyst, researcher, investigator, or consultant in security, risk, or due diligence
• Previous experience working in the federal space
• Familiarity with SAAS-based platforms
• Knowledge of social media platforms, blogs, and message boards
• Understanding of relevant threat landscapes, including cybercrime and online fraud
