Brindley Engineering is seeking an Associate Instrumentation Engineer to generate instrumentation project deliverables and collaborate with project instrumentation designers for new or updated process instrumentation. Responsibilities include site surveys of instrumentation to be replaced or redesigned and marking up drawings or data sheets for as‑found instrumentation.

The associate instrumentation engineer is responsible for generating instrumentation project deliverables and working with the project instrumentation designers for new or updated process instrumentation. Other duties include performing project site surveys of existing instrumentation to be replaced or re-designed, performing client documentation searches, marking up drawings or data sheets for as‑found instrumentation and wiring details.
Education:
BSc in Instrument, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
Experience:
Min Yr = 3+
Licensure:
E.I.T. Preferred
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of ISA, API and ASME instrumentation standards
Working knowledge of SPI preferred
Management:
Experienced working with other disciplines required
Other Skills:
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
