Job summary

Lincoln International in Los Angeles is hiring an Associate for its Industrials M&A practice. You will play a central role in transaction execution, including financial modeling, LBO and DCF valuation, and analysis of comparable companies and precedents.

You will coordinate due diligence with buyers and their advisors, and assist in preparing confidential information memoranda and management presentations. The Los Angeles office serves as a key West Coast hub for industrial coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (LBO, DCF).
• Experience in investment banking or private equity preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
