Job summary

Resilience in Olde West Chester, Ohio, is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee QA activities in the Inspection, Assembly, Packaging operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with GMP regulations and collaborate with various teams.

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. The role involves a night shift scheduled at 6 PM to 6 AM with a rotating schedule. Benefits include a cash bonus program, healthcare, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in either the pharmaceutical industry, an operations environment, or Quality Assurance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong ability and motivation to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of understanding of relevant production processes and quality systems.
• Perform the QA review and approval of GMP documentation.
• Collaborate with and influence other Quality professionals across the organization.
• Execute QA processes including batch record review.
• Interface with applicable site support groups on projects to ensure GMP compliance.

Skills
