Job summary

Endeavor Air is seeking an Associate HRBP to support people strategies and day-to-day HR functions at our Minneapolis headquarters. Under guidance of experienced HR leaders, you will assist with employee and labor relations, talent processes, workforce reporting, leader support, and organizational initiatives.

This position reports to the Director, Business Partnership and Workforce Support. Success in this role means delivering reliable HR support, sound judgment, strong follow-through,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of HR, Employee Relations, HR operations, or related experience; relevant internship or rotational experience may be considered
  • Strong organization and administrative skills are required
  • Experience supporting leaders or employees in a fast-paced, operational environment preferred
  • Exposure to unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements preferred
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and demonstrate sound judgment regarding when to escape
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • HR certification or progress toward a professional certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners and leaders in aligning people practices with business priorities, workforce needs, and organizational objectives through assistance with day-to-day administrative needs, follow-up items, meeting preparation and employee documentation
  • Respond to routine leader and employee HR questions related to policies
  • Build effective working relationships with leaders and employees and provide timely guidance on routine HR questions, policies, programs, and processes
  • Assist with employee engagement, culture, and organizational health initiatives, including action planning, follow-through, and base or operational visibility
  • Provide guidance on routine performance management, attendance, accommodation and leave of absence matters, escalating complex corrective action, discipline, and termination matters as appropriate.
  • Assist with intake and tracking of employee concerns ensuring matters are documented and routed appropriately.
  • Coordinate unemployment claims, requests for information, employment verifications, and other routine HR processes
  • Support labor relations activities, including grievance tracking, case documentation, meeting preparation, and collective bargaining agreement administration
  • Maintain accurate case records, reports, unemployment claims, and HR documentation while protecting confidentiality and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Support talent review and succession planning by preparing materials and tracking actions
  • Assist leaders and employees with career development, internal mobility, and available growth resources
  • Compile and analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, prepare reports, and support business decisions
  • Support organizational change and workforce planning activities through project coordination, communications, documentation, and data analysis
  • Assist with compliance programs, audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements

Overview

The Associate Human Resources Business Partner (Associate HRBP) supports people strategies and day-to-day HR functions. Under the guidance of experienced HR leaders, this role assists with employee and labor relations, talent processes, workforce reporting, leader support, and organizational initiatives. The Associate HRBP builds business knowledge and HR capability while helping deliver consistent, timely, employee-centered support.

This position reports to the Director, Business Partnership and Workforce Support.

Qualifications

Work Environment & Physical Demands
