Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking an HR Operations Associate to support HR functions, ensure employee experience, and maintain policy compliance. You will help with HR operations, global mobility, talent programs, learning and development initiatives, and special HR projects.

The role involves onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, payroll support, I-9 compliance, relocation coordination, and vendor management. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Learning & Development coordination, or related HR support functions.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems, payroll processes, US immigration and employee data management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high level of customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS administration, payroll support, employee records management, onboarding/offboarding activities, and compliance-related processes.
  • Coordinate HR compliance activities, including I-9 administration, audits, background verification processes, and documentation management.
  • Manage global mobility and immigration support activities, including visa processes, expatriate administration, relocation coordination, and employee mobility programs.
  • Administer HR expenses, employee relocation reimbursements, P-Card tracking, vendor coordination, and general HR departmental administration.
  • Support employee onboarding, internship programs, and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Coordinate Learning & Development programs, including training logistics, participant management, facilitator coordination, travel arrangements, learning materials, onsite training support, and learning administration.
  • Lead and support employee engagement, recognition, and employer branding initiatives, including awards programs, town halls, and employee events.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and strategic organizational programs.
  • Provide coordination and project management support for special HR initiatives and business priorities.

Job Summary

The HR Operations Associate will provide operational, administrative, and program management support across key HR functions, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with organizational policies and processes.
