Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in Brand Strategy or related roles within an advertising agency.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas clearly.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative briefs to communicate brand story.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated omnichannel campaigns with measurable results.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate insights into strategy development.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to reach target audiences and drive brand awareness.
• Design and facilitate workshops; lead tactical and brand planning.
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.

• Establish KPIs and measure effectiveness of initiatives.
