The Missouri Reign and AFC Columbia are seeking an Associate Head Coach for the upcoming season. This role supports the Head Coach in leadership, organization, and direction of both programs, with a focus on player development and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions and collaborations with the Head Coach to plan and execute sessions.
• Attend home and away matches providing coaching support and tactical insight.
• Help with lineup discussions, substitutions, and player management.
• Coordinate pregame responsibilities including warmup and field setup.
• Lead portions of training and full sessions when requested by the Head Coach.
• Observe and analyze team and individual performances during matches.
• Contribute to postgame evaluations and identify priorities for training.
• Support communication between Head Coach, assistants, players, and staff.
