Job summary

Lane Bryant Greenwood store is seeking a personable Associate to create a hospitable shopping environment and engage guests to help meet store goals.

You will share current products, fit and fashion trends to inspire wardrobes and build trust while delivering friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience with shown performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient using mobile technology (Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move fixtures as needed.
