Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a Pennsylvania dental clinic seeking an Associate General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care and support a growing team in Cranberry Township. You will work with hygienists, assistants, and specialists to deliver a high-quality patient experience while upholding professional and ethical standards.

Schedule: Full-Time. Candidates should hold a DMD/DDS, a current state license, and relevant general dentistry experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current and valid state dental license.
• Previous experience in general dentistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections.
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and preventive treatments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Review and interpret diagnostic images, including X-rays, to evaluate oral health and identify potential concerns.
• Perform restorative and general dental procedures within the scope of licensure and clinical training.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Consult with dental specialists as needed for complex cases and referrals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care instructions to patients.
• Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion.

As an Associate General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care while contributing to the success of the practice. You will work closely with the dental team to deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism, clinical care, and ethical practice. Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and preventive treatments

What We Are Looking For

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
• Current and valid state dental license
