Greater York Family Dentistry, a well-established dental practice in York, PA, is seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist to join a stable, collaborative team.

The role offers a competitive pay range, a 750/day minimum guarantee, sign-on bonus, 35% of collections, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, and paid vacation. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm, with no evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope general dentistry services: fillings, crowns and bridges, implant restorations, extractions, root canals.

Full-Time Associate General Dentist

York Family Dentistry is a well-established general dentistry practice located in York, PA, just over an hour north of Baltimore, 1.5 hours north of Washington D.C., and two hours west of Philadelphia. Our team is made up of experienced, long-standing staff—many with over a decade at the practice—creating a stable, supportive, and highly collaborative work environment.

As our office continues to grow and a valued associate relocates, we’re excited to welcome a new full-time General Dentist who shares our passion for patient care and clinical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Pay

• $200,000 - $400,000 per year

$750/day minimum guarantee

Sign on bonus

35% of collections

Annual earning potential of $200,000 - $400,000 (based on production)

Paid malpractice insurance

CE reimbursement up to $2,000+ (with approval)

Shift & Schedule

4-5 Days per week

No evenings or weekends
