Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate procurement solicitations and contracts.
• Advise on regulatory, labor relations, and employment issues.
• Assist with FOIL requests, conflicts of interest, and audits as needed.
• Prepare opinions and present facts to leadership on complex matters.
