  • Provide sound, actionable legal advice on regulatory and operational matters involving state Medicaid/CHIP programs and other health care regulatory issues.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop adaptive strategies that support growth while expanding access to quality, cost-effective health care.
  • Role can be based in Richardson, TX, Albuquerque, NM, Chicago, IL, Tulsa, OK or Helena, MT; hybrid role with in-office hours 3 days per week.
