Job summary

The Kresge Foundation is seeking an Associate General Counsel to support the Office of the General Counsel, advising on grantmaking, governance, tax, and investment matters. The role provides legal representation to the Foundation and staff on a range of issues, with ongoing and long-term projects.

• Providing legal representation to the Foundation and staff counsel on a variety of legal issues.
• Policy review and development; Board presentations and materials; research and analysis of tax and grantmaking issues.

• Lead policy reviews, prepare Board materials, and analyze tax and grantmaking issues.
