Job summary

Hut8 is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for their Miami office to lead legal strategies in infrastructure and data center construction projects. With over 10 years of legal experience needed, this role ensures contracts align with business objectives and manages risks effectively.

You will negotiate complex agreements, advise on legal matters, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in handling EPC agreements and construction contracts, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of legal experience in large-scale construction.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• Specialized experience in drafting large-scale EPC agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and drafting of EPC and construction contracts.
• Advise on changes, delays, and contractor performance issues.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on disputes.
