SightMD is looking for an Associate General Counsel to provide legal counsel on healthcare regulatory matters, corporate governance, and contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor, admission to New York State practice, and at least 3 years of healthcare law experience. Strong negotiation skills and leadership abilities are critical for this role, which emphasizes compliance and reducing legal risks within the organization.
Salary ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 annually, alongside comprehensive benefits.

The Associate General Counsel serves as a strategic legal advisor to Sight Growth Partners and its affiliated practices. This role provides legal counsel on healthcare regulatory matters, employment law, corporate governance, contracts, compliance, risk management, and business transactions. The Associate General Counsel partners closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to support organizational growth while minimizing legal and regulatory risk.
