Job summary

RH Chicago seeks an Associate Gallery Leader to guide operations and deliver a luxury client experience across our gallery. This role leads a cross-functional team, removes obstacles, and ensures teams feel empowered to do the right thing.

Responsible for living RH values, coaching talent, and aligning strategy with brand aesthetics. You will attract top talent and drive results while upholding meticulous standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
• Ability to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
