The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and is flexible to take on whatever task is needed.**Responsibilities** The Associate, Fund Accounting will be responsible for the following:* Prepare bank reconciliations* Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation* Assist with weekly cash activity reporting* Prepare and track Fund capital calls and distributions* Assist with preparation of quarterly financial statements* Interact and coordinate with auditors as needed* Respond to ad-hoc limited partner requests* Prepare wire transfers* Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as necessary* Miscellaneous responsibilities as deemed appropriate and needed within the finance team**Qualifications** The successful candidate will have an exceptional track record and reputation. Given the significant responsibilities of this position, the top candidate will be a mature, experienced individual.
