Job summary

You will leverage AI-assisted coding tools and Generative AI workflows to accelerate delivery, ship production code, and contribute to enterprise software from day one.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python proficiency with back-end frameworks and data libraries.
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern front-end tooling.
• Experience across the full SDLC with AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience writing automated tests and familiarity with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack product features across the complete SDLC.
• Develop and maintain production-quality Python code for back-end services.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and prototyping.
• Build prototypes across front-end and back-end layers.
• Integrate with external APIs, SDKs, and LLM platforms.
• Write comprehensive tests and contribute to test automation strategy.
• Own deployment of features through CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor production systems and participate in post-mortems.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design, and architecture decisions.
• Maintain developer-facing documentation and API references.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps.
