You will assist with formulation, bench‑top testing, data collection, and cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Sales, while gaining hands‑on experience in a growing food manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

Hours: On-site, Day Time (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Our client, a growing food manufacturing organization, is seeking an Associate Food Technologist to join their Research & Development team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career food science professional looking to gain hands-on experience in product development, commercialization, and plant trials within a fast-paced food production environment.

• Support new product development projects from concept through commercialization.


• Assist with formulation, bench-top sample development, and product testing.


• Participate in customer presentations and product demonstrations.


• Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate product and processing data.


• Support production trials, scale-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, and Sales.

Qualifications
