Job summary

Leonardo Helicopters US Corporation in Philadelphia seeks a professional to assist in managing flight activities, including flight data analysis, quality, scheduling, and safety as defined in the operational plan. You will evaluate flight data, maintain records, and coordinate activities with pilots to ensure safe operations.

The role requires two years of flight line experience, strong aviation knowledge, and the ability to teach and develop employees while communicating effectively.

Qualifications

• Two years’ flight line experience with military or civil experience.
• Strong understanding of aviation technology.
• Potential to teach, and develop technical abilities in employees as well as lead people effectively by guiding and coaching others to improve skills and achieve goals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Intercultural awareness, ability to create and maintain relations.
