Team Hewins, LLC seeks an Associate Financial Advisor to deliver personalized service and hospitality, with a path to becoming a primary advisor on client relationships. The role is based in Foster City, CA, operating on a hybrid model (three days in-office, two days at home).

You will support client data management, reports, and account reviews, with opportunities for growth into a fiduciary advisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Interest in obtaining CFP designation within 2–3 years.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional service to clients and prospects.
• Manage workflow of the team.
• Schedule and prepare for client and prospect meetings.
• Attend meetings and coordinate follow-up.
• Input client data into our financial planning program and produce reports.
