Job summary

Retirable is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor in Milwaukee to join as a foundational team member. You will qualify prospects, guide them toward a Financial Advisor consultation, and educate them on retirement income strategy, Social Security, and long-term planning.

You’ll work with a fiduciary mindset, build client trust, and help shape the growth of our Midwest hub from the Milwaukee office. This role progresses toward becoming a Financial Advisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client service, financial services, insurance, or a related consultative role.
• Strong verbal communication and a polished phone presence.
• High emotional intelligence, especially with older adults and pre-retirees.
• Sound judgment in qualifying prospects and strong CRM discipline.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm CST.

Responsibilities

• Conduct introductory qualification calls with individuals approaching or in retirement.
• Identify fit for Retirable’s advisory services and guide toward a Financial Advisor consultation.
• Educate prospects on retirement income, Social Security, investment strategy, and long-term planning.
• Handle objections with empathy and confidence, knowing when to move forward.
• Keep accurate CRM records and follow compliance procedures.
