Job summary

Northwest Bank seeks an Associate Financial Advisor to help develop new businesses and retain existing relationships within the bank’s network. You will support a Financial Advisor team and build effective ties with centers of influence and business partners.

You will review client portfolios, discuss investment options, complete client service requests, and prepare reports while ensuring compliance with FINRA/SEC rules and Northwest policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing new business and retaining relationships.
• Analyze client portfolios and present investment recommendations.
• Conduct client meetings, reviews and seminars; coordinate documentation.
• Cross-sell Northwest products and services; train staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA/SEC and internal policies.
