Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience at an RIA or sales-oriented advisory firm.
• Sales-minded, relationship-driven approach to business development.
• Series 65 or 66 license.
• CFP/CFA/CPWA designation is a plus, but not required.
• 401(k) or retirement plan experience helpful.
• Comfortable in an in-person, team-based environment (5 days on-site in Bellevue, WA).
• Candidates with an existing book of business are welcome — compensation for a book can be discussed separately.
