Wealth Enhancement Group in Madison, WI is hiring an Associate Financial Advisor to join our growing advisory team. You will partner with senior advisors to support client relationships, deliver personalized guidance, and help drive business growth through a high-touch service approach.

In this role you will assist in client meetings, prepare reviews and financial plans, and coordinate with the client service team.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree required; business, finance or economics preferred.
  • Series 65 required for RIA roles.
  • CFP designation preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in wealth management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Financial Advisor during client meetings and follow-up.
  • Meet with clients to gather planning information and clarify details.
  • Prepare client reviews and annual financial plans as required.
  • Place trades and coordinate with the client service team.
  • Support business growth and strengthen client relationships.

In this role, you will partner with senior advisors and serve as an integral member of the advisory team, helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized guidance and exceptional service. We’re big on open conversations, so, let’s have one.The expected pay range for this Associate Financial Advisor position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. This range may include a base salary plus variable compensation. The company in good faith believes it would pay in this range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will depend on your qualifications, skills, and credentials, educational and professional experience and actual compensation will depend on your productivity and sales numbers and can be below or exceed the range. A full benefits suite is offered, including health and dental insurance, 401k retirement plan, paid time off and other benefits.Primary Job FunctionsWork with the financial advisory team to actively manage client relationships with excellent serviceAssist the Financial Advisor during client meetings and with follow-upTake meeting notes and promptly enter into CRMPresent financial advice or plan to client with the Financial AdvisorMeet with client to obtain additional planning information or to clarify/confirm information providedAnalyze client’s investments, insurance policies, and financial planPlace trades and oversee/manage tasks completed by the client service teamPrepare annual reviews as required by the teamSystematize the review process utilizing the CRM systemGather data for client reviews and review client files for additional sales opportunitiesCreate reviews utilizing the Wealth Enhancement Group review systemCreate financial plans for clients as required by the teamAnalyze a client’s financial data in light of their financial goalsMeet or call clients to obtain any additional planning information or clarify/confirm information providedPrepare client information to present to the Roundtable, if requiredWork effectively and professionally with the Financial Planning department, if requiredParticipate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and proficient in advisor/client facing technologyAdherence to the Wealth Enhancement Group’s Corporate Communication Strategy and in good compliance standingEducation/Qualifications4-year degree required; business, finance, economics preferred2+ years of experience within the wealth management industrySeries 65 (RIA Only)Advanced designation preferred (CFP)Able to prepare client reviews and assist in meetings with senior advisorsPossesses excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral & written)Able to manage multiple projects at once#LI-EW1Comprehensive Benefits OfferingsOur benefits aim to balance four key elements that make life and work meaningful: health and wellness, financial well-being, professional development, and work/life harmony.
