This unique role traverses development, analysis, project finance, and valuation activities, directly contributing to transitioning the world to renewable energy. The position is primarily responsible for structuring transactions, due diligence support, financial analysis, and modeling across a broad range of energy finance and merger and acquisition transactions. The Associate Finance role often collaborates with team members cross-functionally in areas such as development, construction, origination, asset management, legal, and corporate finance. This position works with research, data analysis, valuation, and risk assessment primarily focused on wind, solar, and transmission projects. The role requires both independent work and collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, lenders, and tax equity investors.
