As an Associate Field Engineer, you will be crucial to ALC’s business through the field commissioning of building automation systems created specifically for each individual customer. We are looking for a team member who is self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and is customer focused. This position is your first introduction into the career of a Field Engineer. You will begin to complete assignments using troubleshooting skills, projects will advance in difficulty to develop your skills. The ideal candidate will be a 2023 or 2024 graduate of a Technical Trade school, or High School with a focus in HVAC, Controls, or related field.
