Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Associate Executive Director for Siena Lakes, a premier continuing care retirement community in Naples, Florida. You will help oversee daily operations, lead high-performing teams, and advance resident satisfaction, financial performance, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive management experience.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and employee development skills.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
• Ability to relocate at some point in their career at Erickson Senior Living

How you will make an impact

• Oversee risk management, regulatory matters, incident reporting, and community compliance.
• Facilitate and deliver on specific initiatives and projects that require community and corporate partnerships to create the exceptional resident and employee experience we aspire to at Erickson Senior Living.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $150,000.00 per year plus eligibility for bonus
