Job summary

Seaway Plastics Engineering Growth Strategies in Florida is seeking an Estimator to drive new business development and accurate quoting. You will read prints and CAD data to prepare estimates, gather RFQ details, and identify tooling and production opportunities for profitable projects.

The role requires coordinating with Sales and Program Management to pursue growth opportunities and maintaining CRM records to track quotes and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Vendor pricing and lead times at time of RFQ

Key Responsibilities

• Read prints, technical documents, and 3D CAD files to prepare estimates
• Gathering information related to the RFQ; Scope of project
• Estimating/quoting new tooling and production opportunities
• Support Program Management and Sales Team to identify key growth opportunities.
• Follow-up on new/existing business development/opportunities and interact with customers.
• Collect and analyze data against labor, materials, and time for profitability and accuracy.
• Work with Sales and Management tracking competitive trends and competition offerings.
• Setup processes: New Job Setup
• Track incoming and outgoing quotes, updates, reports, and working within CRM
