Job summary

The Law Offices of James A. Miller, P.C. in Worcester, MA is seeking a full-time associate attorney who is passionate about making a difference and serving clients with care.

You will meet with clients to create and update estate plans, assist with trust administration, and occasionally present educational workshops. Travel to satellite offices in Burlington and Framingham is required, and you will use MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom daily.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel to satellite offices as needed.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and prospective clients to create/update estate plans and assist with trust administration.
