Job summary

Calgon Carbon Corporation, a Kuraray Company, is seeking an Associate ERP Business Analyst I for its Source-to-Pay (STP) environment, focusing on SAP MM within the IT Business Systems team. You will support IT operations, maintenance, and projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the ERP landscape.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of Office and ERP experience, with hybrid work arrangements and travel under 10% possible. Moon Township HQ is the location.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required (MIS preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of preferred degree)
• 0-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office tools is required
• SAP or other ERP system experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide the execution of IT support, maintenance, and project activities within the global ERP Source-to-Pay business process environment in alignment with overall organizational strategies, goals, and objectives. This includes investigating and assisting in resolving system-related issues, as required
• Work with business representatives and IT teams in order to design, develop, and implement information technology solutions to support the organization’s business processes
• Support and maintain MM functionality, configuration, and technical objects within SAP
• Provide guidance to business in developing tests and training plans and materials
• Assist in SAP testing and quality monitoring activities and procedures
• Provide functional assistance to reporting team and end-users in ensuring that the organization's MM and overall Source-to-Pay reporting requirements are achieved
• Maintain documentation of system design and changes related to MM configuration, developments, and processes

The Associate ERP Business Analyst I’s primary responsibility is to provide IT operational, maintenance and project support related to the Source-to-Pay (STP) business processes and systems, which include SAP Materials Management and Purchasing (MM) functionality. As a member of the IT Business Systems team, the incumbent will work with cross-functional teams within IT and the business to maintain and optimize the ERP application environment required to support the STP process environment
