Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors seeks an Associate Portfolio Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee ETFs and other portfolios and to discuss the firm's investment theses with a wide range of clients. You will interact with Trading, Research, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and the Global Client Group to ensure a superior investment experience.

You will monitor ETF characteristics, implement a process-driven approach, and collaborate with Capital Markets to improve market quality and flows,

Qualifications

Background in finance and financial theory is required.
Experience in asset management or financial institutions is preferred.
Strong quantitative problem-solving and analytic skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Manage ETFs and other portfolios including buy/sell instructions and ETF baskets.
Monitor ETF characteristics and maintain portfolio structure with a process-driven approach.
Collaborate with Capital Markets to enhance market quality and manage flows.
Explain Dimensional funds and performance to clients internally and externally.
Identify opportunities to evolve Dimensional’s investment offerings.
Coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Client Services to respond to client needs.
Engage in project work to improve investment processes.
