Job summary

Olsson’s Substation & Power Generation team is seeking an Associate Engineer to support design projects, develop technical skills, and deliver high‑quality outputs for energy infrastructure. You will work closely with experienced engineers across disciplines and participate in site visits, analyses, and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of one year of engineering experience
• Engineer Intern (EI) certification, preferred
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation preferred
• Strong interest in substation design and high‑voltage electrical infrastructure

As an Associate Engineer, you’ll support substation design projects, working with experienced engineers to develop your technical skills and contribute to high‑quality project deliverables.
