Job summary

3 Key Consulting, Inc. is hiring an Associate Engineer – Primary Container Testing, Characterization & Qualification for biopharmaceuticals in Thousand Oaks, CA (hybrid). This contract role lasts 18+ months with potential extensions, paying $30–$33/hour plus benefits.

Onsite three days a week; relocation within 50 miles or willingness to relocate is expected. The ideal candidate has a BS in Bioscience or Engineering and strong data analytics skills, with flexibility on overtime.

Qualifications

• Relevant scientific or engineering degree required.
• Experience with data analysis and technical writing preferred.
• Lab experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and translate into technical documentation.
• Perform engineering studies/assessments for drug delivery systems.
• Provide detailed data analysis to support senior staff decisions.
• Assist in qualifying new primary container platforms and processes.
• Support containment, aseptic filling, lyophilization, and inspection operations.
