Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking to add an Associate Electronics Engineer – Field Operations OR Electronics Engineer – Field Operations to join our team at Palmdale/Edwards, CA. This position will be in our Avionics Integration Organization. The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility. There is no remote / hybrid / telework available for this position. This position may be asked to support nights or weekends depending on needs of the user community. This position requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time. This candidate will be responsible for the integrating and testing software/hardware systems in complex IT systems.
The selected candidate will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working closely with engineers, technicians, and other on-site personnel. The candidate will be supporting a program where application of extensive technical expertise will be required to support a complex IT system.
This position can be filled at either the Associate Engineer level (Level 1) or Engineer level (Level 2), based on the qualifications below.
Primary Level Salary Range: $76,200.00 - $114,400.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $137,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
