Job summary

Pyka Inc. is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team, contributing to electrical subsystems for our autonomous electric aircraft. You will work under senior engineers, applying your foundations to real-world challenges in power electronics and flight hardware.

You will design, test, and bring up PCBs, collaborate with Mechanical, Software, and Flight Test teams, and help create rigorous documentation for production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships ok).
• Proficient with electronics lab equipment and PCB workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and testing of electrical subsystems for autonomous aircraft.
• Contribute to PCB design cycle and lab bring-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during integration and field testing.
• Create engineering docs including test procedures and board bring-up reports.
• Work closely with Production to bring designs to customers.
