The candidate will work with VHDL, HFSS, MATLAB and FPGA tools to develop, test, and review designs, and may assist in script-based tooling for synthesis and build processes. A line of sight to security clearances may be needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field or recently graduated.
• Experience with modeling tools and simulations is a plus.
• Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Determine design approaches and parameters
• Perform system analysis to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Utilize modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results
• Select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability
• Perform simulations and present design reviews to peer engineers
• Write scripts to control synthesis and build tools
