Key Requirements / What They Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Experience & Skills:
• Electrical troubleshooting using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and instrumentation equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with control panel layout, DIN rail, terminal blocks, relays, wire stripping/crimping, and neat routing.
• Familiarity with automation software (e.g., LabVIEW, Ovation) and basic networking.
• Safe use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate technical work and engineering projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Solve complex engineering problems and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain design basis documentation and oversee facility design standards.
• Desired (Optional) Skills:
• Experience with energy storage, generators, microgrids.
• Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) license in California.
