Lane Bryant is hiring a part-time Associate at Store 6936-Eastland Mall-LaneBryant-Evansville, IN. The role focuses on creating a hospitable store environment, delivering superior customer service, and representing current fashion trends.

Staff assist customers, manage tasks, and uphold safety and policy standards in a fast-paced retail setting. The position requires strong sales or hospitality experience, a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends, and comfort with iPad-based POS

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Availability to lift/move merchandise up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally; climb ladders as needed.
